  • Power of Attorney: Authority to handle all matters relating to recruitment and deployment of workers on behalf of the client.
  • Specimen of Work / Employment contract.
  • Time frame for deployment of workers
  • Sourcing of Applicants (database/advertisement/online job portals like naukri.com, monster.com, naukrigulf.com)
  • Screening and short-listing of CVs to meet the job specifications.
  • Sending suitable CVs to Employer for job evaluation.
  • Conduct of Interviews / Trade Tests.
  • Finalization of selection with job offers.
